GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

In the context of this website, “we”, “our” and “us” means Anticatrading.com.au and “you” and “your” means you, the user or customer of this website. 

The use of the term “product” includes the plural “products”. 

Except if otherwise required by law the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy govern your use of this website.  They describe the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.  If you use this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 

If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy do not use this website. 

We shall not be responsible for any detriment incurred by reliance you place on this website or its contents.  Use of this website is on an "as is" basis and is entirely at your risk.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

Because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law we reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time that technology and legal changes require.  You should check these Terms and Conditions regularly for such changes.

We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice. 

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur.  We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified. 

All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only.  Because of differences in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.

 

PRODUCT PRICES

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself and includes postage/delivery Australia Wide but does not include postage/delivery outside of Australia or different country customs charges which will depend on the destination. 

We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices, and reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

CONTRACT OF SALE

These terms together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products.  No other terms will apply except where terms may be implied by law. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

 

ORDERING PRODUCT

You can place an order on our Buy Now page or by fax, phone, mail or email.
 
We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.
 
If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

 

PAYMENT

We only accept online payments through PayPal, the most secure and recommended means of payment, but we also have a mail order system so you can pay by Cheque, Money Order or Direct transfer into our account.  If you wish to provide credit card details by phone, please be aware that your payment will go through PayPal and show on your statement as a PayPal transaction.
 
Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed.
 
The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.

We process PayPal payments when you checkout from the product order screen.

 

DELIVERY

We encourage you to contact us to determine the delivery status of your product especially if your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
 
The postage included is standard mail and does not guarantee the arrival of your product.  If you wish to be sure to receive your item, please pay the extra cost for registered post and also extra insurance if you wish to insure the item.  Antica Trading does not take any responsibility for product lost in transit.
International Postage
Please note that if you are an international customer, you need to contact us so that postage and any other charges can be calculated.  Goods will not be shipped until we are satisfied that payment has been received and cleared.

 

PASSING OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the product does not pass to you until payment has been received and cleared.

 

Refunds or Exchange

If the product does not fulfil any of the descriptions that were available on purchase then, provided the claim is made within 3 days after delivery, you may be entitled, to a refund, or replacement of the product.  We at Antica Trading must be informed within this time and then the product must be returned to us in original packaging.  If however, it is deemed by us that the product is as described and is at a full priced saleable level the product is to be returned at the customer’s expense and only the product amount will be refunded as it will be viewed as a change of mind by the customer.

Exceptions 

Antica Trading will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have: 

- damaged the product by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.

- changed your mind and decided you no longer want the product or just don’t like it,

- found you can buy the same or similar product elsewhere at a cheaper price,

- had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product, for example, when products are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty,

- bought the goods for resale.

 

Return of Product

Where possible, the product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories that were delivered with the product.
 
We reserve the right to review any returned product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault.  After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be made by the Antica Trading Team.
